Kareem R. Vessup

Kareem R. Vessup is an experienced litigator with more than 15 years representing clients in matters before New York State Supreme Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Vessup has distinguished himself in his career as a litigator, often utilizing the litigation process to achieve justice for individuals and organizations in civil matters. He has been recognized for excellence by various professional organizations including NITA (National Institute for Trial Advocacy), SuperLawyers, New York State Bar Association and has been a recipient of the Bernard G. Heldorfer Award from St. John’s University.

At LMV Law Group Vessup contributes to the Political Law Practice by representing the firm’s clients in a myriad of campaign matters including candidate qualification, training of campaign volunteers, filing and challenging of petitions. Vessup also represents clients in election litigation matters including election day litigation and post-election litigation. Additionally, Vessup represents the firm’s institutional clients, providing legal consultation and representation to county committees and political associations.
